4+ years of experience in talent sourcing supporting US recruitment.
Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-Ray search techniques, ATS and CRM systems.
Ability to work US time zones.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in sourcing technical/engineering talent for US-based positions in fast-paced environments.
Knowledge of US employment practices including contractor workforce programs and immigration/work authorization.
Capable of managing contractor conversion programs with measurable success in candidate pipeline quality and conversion rates.
