Serve as subject matter expert resolving complex operational issues in Transfer Agency, particularly within Dealer Services/Main Office Services.
Support day-to-day operational oversight, ensuring completion of tasks within SLAs and maintaining high accuracy and client service.
Identify process gaps and escalate concerns promptly to meet service level commitments and improve operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
5 to 6 years experience in Mutual Fund/Financial Services with strong knowledge of Transfer Agency operations.
Experience in transaction processing, record keeping, and shareholder servicing is mandatory; Dealer Services/MOS knowledge is a plus.
Willingness to work night shifts (5 days per week) including rotational shifts.
Work Experience Required: 5 to 6 years in relevant financial services domain.
