Own procurement operations including P2P, contract negotiation, supplier performance, and compliance management to ensure cost optimization and on-schedule project delivery.
Manage logistics, customs clearance, statutory compliance, asset management, and drive continuous improvement of procurement & logistics processes using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering.
12-15 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics, preferably in engineering or R&D environments.
Strong knowledge of Indian customs regulations, statutory compliance, and import/export processes.
Work Model: Onsite in Bangalore, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience driving procurement transformation using digital tools, e-sourcing, and automation of Purchase-to-Pay processes.
Demonstrated ability managing end-to-end procurement and supplier lifecycle including strategic sourcing for technology or engineering R&D projects.
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and competence in stakeholder management within multicultural and technology-driven business environments.
