Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices for security, governance, and performance.
Minimum Requirements
6-8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field (4-year degree required).
Strong expertise in Salesforce Apex (Triggers, Batch, Queueable), Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP, Platform Events).
Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in enterprise-grade Salesforce architecture and secure, scalable Salesforce solution design, including integration-heavy ecosystems.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams through architecture and design while mentoring junior developers.
Familiar with Agile/Scrum environments and DevOps practices supporting cloud transformation initiatives.
