Lead system-level engineering for complex software, data, and ML systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and operational excellence across multiple teams.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align engineering roadmaps with business goals, mentor engineering talent, and ensure delivery of AI/ML-enabled data platform features.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
More than 15 years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in leadership managing teams of 20+.
Strong expertise in Java, Python, Kafka, Big Data technologies (Spark, Hive, Airflow, Trino, Druid, Pinot), and cloud-native distributed systems (Azure/GCP/WCNP preferred).
Experience in managing software development lifecycle, system design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Experienced leader capable of setting and executing strategic technical roadmaps for large-scale data platforms and AI/ML product integration.
Strong background in cloud-native distributed system architecture and operational excellence for high-scale big data solutions.
