Assistant Vice President, Investment Operations - Private

Manage and execute operational activities across the private credit deal lifecycle including deal closing, funding, asset setup, and reporting.

Coordinate with internal teams and external parties (legal, compliance, accounting, tax, technology) ensuring accurate deal tracking, documentation review, and stakeholder communication.

Develop and maintain operational controls, assist in process improvement and automation, and serve as a central liaison between Investment Team and back office functions.

11-13 years of operations experience in asset management, investment banking, or financial services.

2+ years of direct experience in private credit investment operations and middle-office support, including analysis of private credit legal documents.

Bachelor's degree required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills; strong knowledge of private credit fund concepts and general finance processes.

Experienced middle office professional skilled at managing complex private credit operational workflows within cross-functional teams.

Proven ability to analyze legal and operational documents for key terms and operational nuances in private credit deals.

Demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and capacity to independently manage competing priorities and deadlines.
