Configure and monitor Salesforce Data 360 data streams, ingestion jobs, and connectors across multiple sources.
Map source data to Data Lake/Model Objects; build calculated insights, segments, activations, and configure downstream automations.
Troubleshoot data ingestion, mapping, identity resolution issues; perform data quality checks, validation, unit testing, and promote configurations via DevOps processes.
Minimum Requirements
3 to 6 years experience in Salesforce or data platform roles with at least 1 hands-on Data 360 implementation.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent.
Hands-on experience with Data 360 including ingestion from 2+ source types and mapping to DLOs and DMOs.
Location requirement: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, or Chennai.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in configuring Data 360 identity resolution, unified profiles, and building activations with a strong focus on data quality and troubleshooting.
Skilled in SQL and familiar with Data Explorer, Query Editor, and Profile Explorer for validation and reconciliation.
Capable of working closely with onsite/offshore teams, mentoring juniors, and managing configurations through DevOps workflows.
