Deliver end-to-end data migration including source data profiling, designing mappings, building and optimizing ETL pipelines, and executing migration workstreams from planning through cutover and post-migration support.
Manage data quality, deduplication, transformation, reconciliation, and validation activities.
Document technical artifacts and provide effort estimates for assigned migration tasks; mentor junior team members when needed.
Minimum Requirements
3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in data migration and ETL delivery with at least 2 full-lifecycle data migrations completed.
Experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and AWS Glue or Azure Data Factory.
Strong SQL skills and relational data modeling expertise.
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field; Location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, or Chennai.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with data strategy concepts including governance, quality, lineage, and archival practices.
Comfortable with reconciliation and validation frameworks and managing data migration cutover and post-go-live audits.
Exposure to cloud data platforms, CRM data migration (especially Salesforce), and scripting languages like Python or PySpark is advantageous but not mandatory.
