Support Cluster Financial Controller in managing finance department operations ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis for the cluster.
Monitor daily finance processes including income audit, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and support audits and cost control initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Work Experience Required: Previous experience as Assistant Finance Manager, Finance Executive, or Senior Accountant in hotel or hospitality sector.
Professional qualification in Accounting or Finance or Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
Strong knowledge of hotel accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, taxation, and internal controls.
Experience with hotel PMS, ERP/financial systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in hotel/hospitality finance operations with strong commercial financial mindset.
Skilled in collaborating with operational teams to analyze business performance and control costs.
Able to manage finance team support activities including coaching and fostering accountability.
