Manager I, FP&A

Own end-to-end financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for R&D manufacturing site, ensuring accurate month-end/quarter-end close compliance.

Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across R&D Finance activities to enhance efficiency, financial controls, and reporting accuracy.

Partner with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to align strategies, improve data quality, and support financial governance and risk management.

5-6 years of experience, preferably in R&D Finance FP&A or related capacity.

Position based in Hyderabad with approximately 50% in-person attendance expected; minimal travel.

Experience with financial reporting compliance including SOX control documentation and audit support.

Work Experience Required: Minimum 5-6 years in relevant finance role.

Experienced in manufacturing R&D finance with strong analytical and process improvement skills focused on operational excellence.

Capable of managing complex financial cycles and driving adoption of best practices within a global matrix environment.

Strong collaborator with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and leadership for financial strategy and performance enhancement.
