Build dashboards, data pipelines, and reports to provide reliable, self-service visibility into volume, performance, and quality metrics for management.
Minimum Requirements
3-6 years of relevant experience including project-level execution and technical build.
Proficiency in Python and SQL with experience on modern data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks.
Experience building dashboards and reporting using BI tools such as Power BI or equivalent.
Comfortable working with AI-assisted tooling and automation platforms; experience with Rippling AI is a plus but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Technical owner comfortable working independently in an operations environment to critically assess and improve partially built tools.
Experience bringing engineering discipline, technical standards, and governance to teams or organizations lacking dedicated technical ownership.
Background combining hands-on technical execution with a systems-thinking, automation-focused approach within shared-services or support-like environments.
