At least 2-3 years managing QA/SDET/Qualification teams.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, TestNG and CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading multi-disciplinary quality teams in Agile/Scrum environments with strong technical leadership and coaching skills.
Possesses deep expertise in test automation and quality engineering spanning API, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing.
Comfortable balancing techno-managerial role with significant hands-on contributions and driving process automation including AI/GenAI-based testing solutions.
