Manage and support multiple enterprise legal applications ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance.
Lead application upgrades, patching, disaster recovery (DR) failovers, and on-premises to cloud migration across AWS and/or Azure environments.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application and database performance, create automation scripts and maintain operational documentation.
Minimum Requirements
7.5+ years of relevant experience in product engineering, application administration, support, or enterprise application operations.
Mandatory experience with at least 2-3 legal applications such as iManage, App4Legal, Nasdaq Boardvantage, Englo be Access Admin, or Moody Orbis.
Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS and/or Azure) and on-premises to cloud migration.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing enterprise legal applications with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to handle complex production issues.
Proficient in cloud-based environments (AWS/Azure) and legal application lifecycle including DR planning and execution.
Able to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, security, database, and business units while maintaining strong ownership of critical applications.
