Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, Business Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
4+ years experience delivering technology, automation, analytics, AI, or software solutions.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, ChatGPT Enterprise).
Experience designing and refining prompts, working with business stakeholders, and building prototypes using low-code/no-code platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Business-focused AI practitioner skilled at bridging business needs and AI capabilities, including prompt engineering and prototype development.
Comfortable working directly with stakeholders and translating business requirements into AI-assisted workflows.
Experience preferred in Microsoft Copilot Studio, configuring AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Power Platform, and working in regulated environments such as financial services.
