Minimum Requirements
University degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or comparable discipline.
8–10 years of SAP functional experience including SAP SD Order-to-Cash with configuration and integration exposure (FICO, MM, SAP PI/PO).
Experience managing at least two full-cycle SAP implementations including one SAP S/4HANA project with international exposure.
English and Hindi language proficiency; willingness to travel at least 10% and work flexible shifts supporting multiple time zones.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in SAP SD Order-to-Cash functional domain with hands-on integration and configuration expertise, preferably with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Proven track record managing complex, international SAP implementation projects from requirements gathering through delivery and support.
Skilled at cross-cultural communication and collaboration, capable of managing multiple stakeholder groups and coordinating global support operations.
