Monitor and optimize databases and servers for the Parks Merchandise Retail division ensuring health, accuracy, and availability of production systems.
Manage ETL pipelines with automation and AI/ML tools for data quality, anomaly detection, and error handling while performing root cause analysis for data flow failures.
Support and maintain databases for analytics, dashboards, model training/inference; handle access requests, support tickets, server patching, and create functional/technical documentation.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent with excellent grades.
2-4 years’ experience in database and server management, with exposure to AI/ML-powered data pipelines or automation frameworks as a strong plus.
Technical expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), ETL batch management, Python or R for scripting, and familiarity with data warehouses like Snowflake.
Work Experience Required: 2-4 years in relevant fields.

Experience operating in a cross-border team environment involving India and US stakeholders for system and process management.
Strong technical background in database/server management combined with applied AI/ML data engineering capabilities for advanced analytics support.
Proven ability to independently manage complex data workflows, perform root cause analysis, and effectively communicate status updates to leadership.
