Design, engineer, automate, and operate enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities.

Provide responsive support and operationalize IAM services through documentation, monitoring, incident management, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years hands-on IAM engineering experience across identity platforms, directory services, access management, governance, and automation.
Strong Core Active Directory expertise including design, administration, troubleshooting, and enterprise directory infrastructure support.
Experience with automation and DevOps tools such as scripting languages (PowerShell, Python), APIs, Git repositories, CI/CD pipelines.
Work Experience Required: 8+ years IAM engineering experience
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep expertise in enterprise IAM technologies including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Identity Governance & Administration, SSO, MFA, federation, and certificate lifecycle management.
Proven ability to integrate IAM services with cloud platforms, ITSM tools, monitoring solutions, and enterprise applications.
Skilled in modern automation and engineering practices, delivering operational excellence via runbooks, documentation, monitoring, and incident/problem management.
