Lead and manage multiple SAP (SD Order-to-Cash) and non-SAP projects, serving as the subject matter expert for changes, enhancements, and integrations.
Coordinate global user support via centralized ticketing systems ensuring timely resolution within SLAs across SAP and non-SAP applications.
Own requirements gathering, process design, testing, training, vendor evaluation, and project status reporting to drive successful SAP SD Order-to-Cash implementations and improvements.
Minimum Requirements
8–10 years of SAP functional experience in IT application management with at least two full-cycle SAP implementations including one SAP S/4HANA project.
University degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or comparable discipline.
Functional expertise in SAP SD Order-to-Cash with configuration and integration experience with FICO, MM, and SAP PI/PO.
Willingness to travel at least 10%, work afternoon shifts, and support operations across India, US, and Europe.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in international SAP implementations with strong cross-cultural communication skills in English and Hindi.
Capable of managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and technologies, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software product development in a global enterprise context.
