5+ years programming experience with Python or Java; 3+ years hands-on with LLM-powered applications or AI assistants.
Experience with AI architectures, prompt engineering, APIs, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and CI/CD pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building and managing agentic AI systems using Model Context Protocol (MCP), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agent-to-agent communication frameworks.
Proficient with AI platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, Amazon Bedrock, and skilled in knowledge engineering involving vector databases and retrieval systems.
Capable of leading AI architecture, governance, operational monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary setting.
