Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and MI reports showcasing ITSM process quality (Incident, Problem, and Change).
Manage Service Availability Framework artifacts, controls, and KPIs to ensure service delivery meets technology targets and business/client SLAs.
Drive process workflow modelling, automation initiatives (including AI techniques), and continuous improvement in service availability and quality.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience in Power BI development.
College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience in business process, technology, financial management, or similar.
Proficient in Microsoft Power BI, SQL scripting, ServiceNow, Azure, Snowflake, and related tools.
Certified in ITIL with practical awareness of at least two capabilities (Incident, Major Incident, Request, Problem, Release, Change, Capacity, Configuration).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in complex process workflow initiatives and architecture/application design for ITSM service availability.
Strong stakeholder management skills bridging technology and business teams to ensure service SLA achievement.
Data-driven with a focus on continual improvement, automation, and innovation using AI or related technologies.
