Vendor Management Lead, VP

Own end-to-end vendor and contract lifecycle management for DB’s most strategic vendors ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and value delivery.

Lead cross-functional stakeholder engagement and vendor governance, driving performance reviews, contract negotiations, and dispute resolutions.

Develop and execute divisional third-party and supplier strategies aligned with business objectives, providing reporting and insights on vendor performance and risks.

8+ years of vendor management experience in Financial Services or large corporate environment covering contract, commercial, risk, and performance management.

Strong commercial contract management skills including negotiation and drafting changes to Statements of Work.

Experience working with technology vendors and technology contracts is essential.

Business fluency in English.

Experienced in managing complex, strategic vendor portfolios with ability to navigate and influence multiple stakeholder environments in regulated financial services.

Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Familiarity with digital procurement tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa) and leveraging AI tools to optimize vendor management workflows.
