Own end-to-end Teamcenter implementation, customization, upgrade, and migration projects, ensuring technical solutions meet business requirements.
Lead design, development, and deployment of custom Teamcenter functionalities, workflows, and integrations with ERP, MES, CAD, and enterprise systems.
Manage troubleshooting, performance tuning, release management, and collaborate with global stakeholders to support large-scale PLM deployments primarily in automotive and related domains.
Minimum Requirements
7-8 years of hands-on experience with Teamcenter including customization, configuration, upgrades, and integrations.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proficient in Teamcenter tools: BMIDE, ITK, SOA services, Active Workspace customization, workflows, and access management.
Strong programming skills in C/C++, Java, JavaScript, XML/XSLT, SQL; experience with Oracle or SQL Server databases.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced operating in automotive, manufacturing, or industrial equipment sectors with exposure to global project environments.
Demonstrates technical leadership ability including mentoring juniors and leading technical discussions in large-scale PLM and Agile delivery contexts.
Comfortable managing complex system integrations with SAP, CAD tools (NX, CATIA, Creo), and enterprise infrastructures, supporting deployment and tuning activities.
