Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or related, or equivalent experience.
10+ years progressive IT operations or Digital Workplace experience managing large-scale endpoint environment (10,000+ devices preferred).
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 platform operations (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange).
Experience with ITSM frameworks (e.g. ITIL) and operational reporting tools.

Experienced in managing complex, global Digital Workplace operations bridging device management and collaboration platform governance.
Strong at translating strategy into scalable, repeatable operational processes with demonstrated stakeholder influence in matrix organizations.
