Own network infrastructure monitoring, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting across NOC, ISP, and enterprise environments.
Manage incident lifecycle using Remedy/ITSM tools ensuring resolution within SLA and coordinate with NOC, vendors, and field teams for service restoration.
Maintain technical documentation, perform network health checks, and participate in maintenance, upgrades and deployment activities following operational procedures.
Minimum Requirements
5-7 years experience in Network Engineering, NOC, ISP, or Telecom Operations.
Strong hands-on skills with Cisco routers/switches, VLANs, LAN/WAN protocols, IPv4/IPv6 networking and troubleshooting tools (Ping, Traceroute, Wireshark).
B.Tech/B.E./Diploma/BCA in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Telecom or related discipline.
Onsite work location: Noida, willing to work in 24x7 / shift-based operations as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in operating and managing enterprise/ISP network infrastructure within SLA-driven environments using ITSM tools like Remedy.
Proficient with extensive Cisco network configurations and troubleshooting including VLANs, STP/RSTP, LACP, routing, IP addressing and telecom network basics.
Able to coordinate incident resolution across multiple stakeholders including NOC, OEMs, vendors and customer teams while adhering to MOP/SOP and change management processes.
