Minimum Requirements
8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Database Engineering, or Data Warehousing.
Strong hands-on expertise with Python, SQL, PySpark, ETL/ELT, CDC, and relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, Aurora variants.
Proficiency in AWS cloud services including Glue, S3, DMS, DynamoDB, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, plus modern platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Apache Iceberg.
Experience leading technical teams and managing complex projects, including incident management, Agile delivery, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
