Experienced in tenant billing, accounts receivable management, and CAM program administration for commercial and retail properties.
Proficient in financial modeling and analysis using advanced Excel and property management software like Yardi or MRI.
Capable of leading cross-functional finance and property teams to deliver accurate financial insights and support asset optimization.
