Manage and maintain Microsoft Azure infrastructure and Microsoft 365 services ensuring high availability, security, performance, and cost efficiency.
Handle cloud operations including incident resolution, change management, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity aligned with ITIL processes and SLAs.
Develop and maintain infrastructure automation (PowerShell, Terraform, ARM), support Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate on infrastructure projects and service improvements.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years experience in IT infrastructure and cloud operations managing Microsoft Azure environments.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) and Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900), or equivalent knowledge/certification.
Work Location: Noida Sector 144; Work Model: Hybrid/Remote.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven expertise with Azure Virtual Machines, Networking, Storage, Entra ID, IAM, Azure Backup, Disaster Recovery and Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams).
Strong experience with infrastructure automation tools like PowerShell scripting, Terraform, ARM templates and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects.
