Ability to integrate Salesforce with external microservices; AWS experience is a significant plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Mid-level Salesforce developer comfortable working at the intersection of Salesforce CRM and microservices architectures.
Experienced in customizing complex agent service experiences and case management in Salesforce Service Console.
Ability and willingness to expand skill set with AWS technologies, Salesforce Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
