Minimum Requirements
5-8 years of work experience in mainframe application development and modernization.
Mandatory skills in Application Modernization with Mainframe technologies including COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM.
Experience in root cause analysis and production incident management.
Location requirement: Pune, Maharashtra.

Experienced in managing end-to-end mainframe development lifecycle including requirement analysis, design, coding, and deployment support.
Capable of collaborating with project managers and technical teams to align solutions with business needs and technical standards.
