Technology Product Management Lead Analyst - C13 - CHENNAI

Own the delivery and management of Citi's Operating Model AI (OMAI) platform capabilities, liaising across Business, Technology, Risk, and Data teams.

Translate strategic business objectives into detailed product requirements, prioritize and maintain the product backlog, and lead Agile execution activities to ensure successful platform delivery.

Drive process improvements, risk management, and stakeholder communication to enhance operational transparency, governance, reporting, and workflow automation across the organization.

6-10 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related Technology roles with 5+ years in defining and managing product backlogs and requirements.

Strong experience working in Agile environments using Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar methodologies.

Bachelor’s/University degree preferred.

Experience with product management tools like Jira and Confluence; working knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, and data management concepts.

Experienced in managing complex, multi-stakeholder digital transformation or AI-enabled technology programs, preferably in Financial Services or related domains.

Demonstrates strong stakeholder management and communication skills to influence and drive consensus across diverse teams without direct authority.

Operates effectively in fast-paced environments with a strong focus on execution, risk management, and continuous product/process improvement.
