Lead design, development, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions including plugins, custom APIs, and PCF controls.
Architect and implement Azure-based integrations using Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, API Management, and lead adoption of AI capabilities using Azure AI/GenAI services.
Provide technical leadership including mentoring, code reviews, solution design, CI/CD implementation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environment.
Minimum Requirements
9–12+ years of overall IT experience with significant experience in Dynamics 365 CRM and Azure development.
Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, Dataverse, plugins, custom APIs, PCF controls, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services including Azure Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, API Management, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Experienced technical leader with proven ability to lead CRM development teams and deliver enterprise-grade integrations and AI solutions.
Strong expertise in designing secure, scalable cloud architectures combining Dynamics 365 CRM with Azure and AI services.
Familiar with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and capable of effective collaboration across technical and business stakeholders.
