Client Services Project Manager

Own the service delivery relationship as the primary liaison with key client representatives, ensuring client satisfaction via effective coordination and communication of deliverables.

Manage multiple simultaneous electronic discovery projects, executing project forecasts and work schedules to meet client and project requirements with high quality and accuracy.

Provide proactive communication, address client issues or escalate as needed, and maintain up-to-date status records on all projects to deliver project objectives professionally and confidently.

Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Law, or an equivalent discipline.

Minimum 8+ years of experience in eDiscovery Client Services or eDiscovery consulting.

Must be willing to work US business hours with flexibility to work on weekends as required.

Strong oral and written communication skills and demonstrated success in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Experienced leader in electronic discovery services with proven ability to manage client relationships and complex projects in fast-paced environments.

Comfortable managing multiple projects with operational and financial oversight, ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities.

Skilled in database design, data processing, legal document review requirements, and confident in proactive client communication and issue resolution.
