Product Manager, Doctor Experience

Own and prioritize the roadmap for doctor-facing products including consult workflows, patient records, prescriptions, and care plans to improve clinical efficiency.

Improve physician productivity and satisfaction by reducing admin time through automation, templates, AI assistance, and better member data visualization.

Define and track key metrics such as consult duration, doctor utilization, documentation time, and doctor NPS to measure impact on quality and outcomes.

3+ years of experience as a Product Manager.

Hands-on experience building products for doctors or clinicians (e.g., telemedicine, EMR, clinical workflow).

Experience working directly with doctors to translate insights into shipped product features.

Comfort with sensitive health data privacy, consent, clinical safety, and working knowledge of data analytics or SQL.

Experienced in clinical or telemedicine product environments focusing on doctor workflows.

Comfortable navigating clinical safety protocols and regulatory aspects related to telemedicine in India.

Skilled in balancing rapid iteration with clinical impact in an early-stage startup or healthtech setting.
