Product Manager, Doctor Experience

Own and enhance the doctor-facing product suite including consult workflows, patient records, prescriptions, follow-ups, and care plans to improve doctor efficiency and consultation quality.

Translate physicians’ needs and clinical protocols into clear product requirements and automated tools that reduce documentation time and support clinical safety.

Define and track key metrics such as consult duration, doctor utilisation, documentation time, follow-up rates, and doctor satisfaction to drive continuous product improvement and better member outcomes.

3+ years experience as a Product Manager.

Direct experience building products for doctors or clinicians (eg telemedicine platforms, EMR, clinical workflows).

Comfort working with sensitive health data, including privacy, consent, and clinical safety considerations.

Competency with data analysis tools (SQL or analytics) to measure product usage and outcomes.

Experienced in working closely with doctors and clinical teams to gather insights and translate into product features.

Has familiarity with healthtech, especially digital health or subscription-based care models, preferably related to chronic or metabolic health.

Able to manage complex stakeholder relationships including senior clinicians and clinical leadership in a startup environment with broad scope.
