Senior Product Designer

Own end-to-end product design from problem framing through production quality delivery across AI workflows, video editing, and collaboration features.

Drive design decisions and trade-offs by partnering with founders and engineers while shipping polished experiences independently with little day-to-day direction.

Develop and scale design systems and interaction patterns, learning from user feedback and product metrics to iterate and improve.

Minimum 3 years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong problem solving and polished execution linked to shipped products.

Must have ownership experience handling open-ended product problems independently from research through delivery.

Strong skills in visual and interaction design with an ability to craft detailed, high-quality interfaces.

Work Experience Required: 3+ years in product design.

Experienced in designing complex creative tools, ideally with background or deep interest in video, media, animation, or AI-assisted workflows.

Comfortable making product decisions balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints with strong product judgment.

Has strategic systems thinking to scale design patterns and maintain coherence across evolving product complexity.
