Manage and mentor a cross-functional engineering team; collaborate with product, architecture, and SRE teams to define strategy, execute roadmaps, and resolve production issues.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years in software engineering with technical leadership experience; 2+ years in dedicated AI/ML roles involving model integration and MLOps.
1+ years architecting and building solutions with agentic AI frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
2+ years hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform AI/ML services; 3+ years experience with Kubernetes workloads; proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Java; experience with CI/CD, Docker, Terraform, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven track record in architecting scalable, production-grade AI-powered cloud-native solutions with a focus on GCP and container orchestration.
Experience leading teams in delivery of complex AI systems applying agentic AI frameworks and implementing MLOps best practices.
Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into elegant technical solutions using modern AI tooling, including prompt engineering and AI-assisted coding tools.
