Maintain consistent, brand-compliant design language and scalable component structures using Figma and design systems in a B2B enterprise environment.
Minimum Requirements
5 to 9 years of experience in UI design, preferably with enterprise or B2B applications.
Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Shared Libraries, Variables & Styles, Layout Grids, and Naming Conventions.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design systems with proven experience in creating reusable, scalable component structures.
Excellent English communication skills; working experience in distributed international teams; ability to work asynchronously.
