Minimum Requirements
6+ years of professional experience in native Android development with strong proficiency in Kotlin.
Experience in FinTech, Banking, or Payments domain with modern Android architectures (MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture) and frameworks (Jetpack Compose, Android Architecture Components).
Strong skills in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, asynchronous programming (Coroutines, RxJava), and version control (Git).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in delivering secure, scalable Android solutions and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in agile environments.
Comfortable with integrating AI/ML tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI) into engineering workflows and product capability development.
