SAP S/4HANA Automation Test Manager

Lead test planning, governance, and execution across SAP Finance and SAP Ariba implementations, ensuring coverage of unit, integration, end-to-end, regression, UAT, and cutover validation.

Manage System Integrator test delivery by defining milestones, quality gates, and accountability, while coordinating cross-functional teams and tracking defect resolution.

Own UAT planning and execution for LUCA rollout waves, including business tester readiness, defect management, progress reporting, and formal acceptance sign-off.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline.

At least 10 years of experience in SAP testing or quality management with substantial Test Manager responsibility in multinational SAP transformation programmes.

Practical experience across full testing lifecycle with waterfall, agile, or hybrid methodologies, and strong knowledge of SAP Finance and SAP Ariba integration.

Hands-on knowledge of Jira and Zephyr for test-case management; experience managing System Integrator delivery and coordinating geographically distributed teams.

Experienced in managing complex SAP Finance testing landscapes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling, and related integrations.

Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders including business testers, implementation vendors, and technical teams without relying solely on direct authority.

Structured, evidence-driven approach with strong risk assessment skills and experience leading multi-location UAT and defect management under pressure.
