Own maintenance and accuracy of recruiting data within ATS (Ashby), including regular data audits and updates.
Create and manage recruiting reports and metrics to support Talent Acquisition and business stakeholders.
Support ATS administration, process execution, and improvement initiatives for efficient recruiting operations.
Minimum Requirements
2-3 years experience in talent acquisition operations, recruiting operations, or HR operations.
Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Ashby, including data maintenance and workflow support.
Must be able to work consistent evening/overnight shifts aligned with US business hours from India.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Teams, and Excel required.
