Senior Client Project Manager

Lead and manage multiple concurrent standard or complex client projects and/or programs, ensuring delivery from concept to final implementation across business areas and geographies.

Act as single point of contact for clients, managing escalations, client satisfaction, and delivery within budget, scope, and timelines with quality standards.

Collaborate with sales teams for pre-sales support including scoping, costing, and delivering client presentations during tender processes.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, project management, or related field.

PMP certification mandatory; ITIL certification beneficial.

Advanced project/program management experience, preferably in multinational professional services environment.

Workplace: Hybrid working in India.

Experienced in managing complex projects/programs involving multiple stakeholders and geographies in a professional services setting.

Strong client engagement skills with proven track record in balancing business and financial constraints while managing expectations.

Comfortable with pre-sales activities, including proposal development and client presentations as part of tendering processes.
