Experience with Agile methodologies, including roles as Project Manager, Product Owner, and Scrum Master in SAFe environments, leading Agile transformations.
At least one recognized Project Management certification.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and tools like Jira.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing high-value projects with significant interaction with CxOs and top management.
Strong capability to develop and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Risk Breakdown Structures (RBS) for project clarity and risk identification.
Demonstrated leadership in mentoring junior team members and collaborating effectively across teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
