Design, develop, and oversee solutions enhancing stability, scalability, availability, and latency of the Backbase product while liaising with R&D for product improvements.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
Experience designing or building mission-critical, large-scale internet or cloud-based services with production system exposure.
Working knowledge of Maven, Jenkins, Shell; experience deploying Java applications, JVM tuning, Tomcat.
Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS or Google Cloud) and Linux/Unix systems; exposure to DevOps tools (Travis CI, GitLabs, Jenkins, GoCD, Chef, Salt, Puppet, Terraform, Cloudformation).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in consulting and cross-disciplinary collaboration (BE & FE Engineers, QA, Architects, Analysts) for end-to-end software delivery.
Strong background in cloud infrastructure and deployment automation with willingness or experience to engage with configuration management tools like Ansible, Kubernetes, OpenShift.
Capable of providing strategic improvements to product stability and performance while handling operational issues in production environments.
