Manage multiple seasonal projects simultaneously delivering high-quality design outputs with attention to fit, aesthetics, and garment execution.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field from NIFT, Pearl Academy, or equivalent.
10+ years of experience specifically in Men's Knitwear Design covering flat knit and circular knit categories.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Excel; experience with PLM systems and CLO 3D preferred.
Work Location: Bangalore, India; Full-time role.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong technical knowledge of garment construction, yarns, knit structures, fabric behavior, washes, and finishing techniques.
Experience working with global menswear or lifestyle brands translating international trends into commercially successful local products.
Capable of strategic collaboration across multiple teams and vendors to deliver innovative, high-quality knitwear within fast-paced seasonal timelines.
