Assistant Finance controller, Finance

Lead the controllership function across Sweden, Denmark, and the Netherlands ensuring integrity and timeliness of financial information.

Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes including consolidated financial statement preparation and management reporting.

Develop and maintain IFRS compliant accounting policies, internal controls, and lead coordination of external audits and finance transformation initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline.

Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years post-qualification experience in controllership or comparable roles.

Experience with month-end consolidation, reporting to parent or third parties, and working with international distributed finance teams.

Strong IFRS technical expertise and experience leading external audits, preferably with Big Four auditors.

Experienced in private equity-backed portfolio environments with strong business partnering skills.

Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, change-oriented settings and lead finance transformation and integration initiatives.

Demonstrated leadership in managing shared service center finance functions and collaborating cross-functionally with FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and Business Finance teams.
