Lead development, support, and testing of InvestOne and ancillary applications for Fund Accounting business unit.
Collaborate with project teams to analyze system specifications, develop test strategies, and execute manual or automated testing for Transfer Agency Applications including Multifonds.
Manage issue resolution by liaising with IT and external vendors, and own the lifecycle of small to large change projects from scoping to implementation.
Minimum Requirements
4-6 years overall experience, with minimum 4 years as Business Analyst/Tester in Transfer Agency department.
Proven experience as a QA tester or similar role specifically for Fund Accounting applications.
Strong understanding of Transfer Agency Multifonds application and testing methodologies including Agile and regression testing.
ISTQB and BA certification preferred but not mandatory; Excellent communication skills required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling system upgrades, project testing, and defect troubleshooting in financial services domain, specifically Transfer Agency and Fund Accounting.
Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including IT and external vendors for issue resolution.
Capable of managing end-to-end project lifecycle from requirements gathering to implementation with strong analytical and organizational skills.
