Senior Team Lead - International Billing

Lead and manage end-to-end billing operations for Canada, UK, and South Africa international regions, ensuring accurate and timely invoice generation and billing support.

Drive operational performance through process governance, SLA adherence, and compliance with financial controls and company policies.

Lead a team of billing professionals, manage stakeholder relationships, and implement continuous improvement and automation initiatives across regions.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

10+ years of experience in Invoice-to-Cash (I2C), Billing, Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Order-to-Cash operations.

Experience supporting international markets including UK, Canada, and South Africa.

Advanced proficiency with Excel, reporting tools, and ERP systems such as PeopleSoft, HighRadius, or Salesforce.

Experienced leader skilled in managing large-scale, international billing operations with team leadership and people development capabilities.

Strong operational excellence background with expertise in process improvement, Lean Six Sigma and managing complex workflows.

Proven stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior leaders and drive customer-centric governance and escalations.
