Lead integration and ongoing management of ESG and reputational risk within the bank’s Operational Risk Management framework, including policies, controls, metrics, and governance.
Own ESG and reputational risk policy documents, ensure policy adherence, handle ESG risk reporting, and establish minimum control and governance standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders across business and control functions, support framework enhancements, respond to audit and regulatory matters, and manage remediation activities.
Minimum Requirements
5-8 years of experience in financial sector operational risk or ESG-related risk roles.
Strong knowledge of ESG regulations (CSRD, CSDDD, EU Taxonomy) and implementation experience.
Location: Mumbai, India.
Work Experience Required: 5-8 years in financial sector, with operational risk and ESG focus.

Experience owning and evolving operational risk frameworks with ESG integration in complex financial institutions.
Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and coordinate across geographically dispersed teams.
