Participate in on-call rotation and resolve infrastructure issues to maintain uptime and operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years of system engineering experience, including at least 3 years with Kubernetes, Helm Charts, Istio, ArgoCD, GitHub/GitHub Actions.
Proficiency in cloud infrastructure security, cloud-native technologies, and desired state configuration.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana stack and OpenTelemetry is desirable but not mandatory.
Work Experience Required: 5+ years in system engineering with relevant technologies.

Technical leadership with ability to mentor peers and drive initiatives in cloud platform engineering.
Strong emphasis on automation-first approach to make all processes predictable and automated.
Experience designing and implementing scalable, highly-available cloud infrastructure in a banking or financial services context.
