Own end-to-end techno-functional support and improvements for iScala ERP and ServiceMax/Salesforce platforms to ensure reliable business operations across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and related functions.
Analyze user/business requirements and deliver practical system solutions including configuration, reports, integrations, and issue resolution from Build through hypercare phases.
Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, documentation, training, and cross-team collaboration to maintain and enhance ERP and connected service management systems.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in a techno-functional role supporting ERP and/or service management platforms.
Strong hands-on expertise with iScala ERP, including configuration and support of core modules.
Proficient in SQL, MS SQL Server, SSRS report development, and experience with Build, SIT, UAT, defect triage, and post-release stabilization activities.

Experienced techno-functional professional comfortable bridging business requirements with technical execution across ERP and field service platforms.
Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering stable, scalable ERP solutions supporting complex workflows across multiple business areas.
Capable of independently managing priorities and working with cross-functional teams to improve processes, documentation, and user adoption in fast-paced environments.
